PRIME PEDALS have been created with the guiding idea of reflecting the work of real pedals. We wanted every customer using our pedals to experience a real driving experience. We achieved the expected effect thanks to the appropriately selected construction material and the use of the most modern processing methods. As a result, PRIME PEDALS were created. Thanks to their stable structure, innovative technology, and eye-catching appearance, they meet the requirements necessary for professional simracing.

DIRECT CONTROLER

The DIRECT CONTROLLER (DC) is undoubtedly the greatest advantage of PRIME PEDALS. We can precisely set the dead zones and the characteristics of the pedals using it without having to turn off the game. It is recommended to use DC only when fine-tuning the parameters during the game. It is proposed to disconnect the DC driver after making the changes.

PRIME PEDALS

Mechanism

The measurement of the pedal lever displacement is based on the pressure change in the piston. A pressure sensor reads the pressure in the piston and transmits this information analogously to the main controller. There, the signal is processed taking into account the parameters saved by the user (eg DEADZONE) and then the data is sent to the computer, affecting the game.

System components

The system consists of two controllers cooperating with each other. DIRECT CONTROLER is an HMI controller with which we can make changes to parameters on an ongoing basis. The MAIN CONTROLLER is responsible for processing the analog signal obtained from the pedal sensors.

The pedal system is only compatible with the PC.
